Promises Care Solutions was founded from both personal experience and a lifelong passion for caring for others. Growing up alongside siblings with intellectual disabilities gave us a deep understanding of the importance of patience, compassion, dignity, and genuine support within the home. Those experiences shaped not only our perspective on care, but also our commitment to creating something more meaningful for individuals and families seeking support.

With more than 10 years of hands-on experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, we have seen firsthand the difference compassionate, person-centered care can make in someone’s life. We have also recognized the areas where many agencies fall short, where care can begin to feel routine instead of personal, and where individuals and families may feel unheard or overlooked.
